You may browse the website and place orders for personal or professional use, provided you do not misuse the site (for example by trying to circumvent security, scrape pricing in bulk without permission, or upload material you do not have the right to share).

We may update, suspend, or withdraw all or part of the website without notice, for example for maintenance, security, or commercial reasons.

We make every effort to describe products accurately, but packaging, weight, ingredients, and producer details can change. The product information shown on the site is for guidance only — please always check the actual product label before consumption, especially for allergens, expiry dates, and storage instructions.

Stock can change quickly, especially for fresh and seasonal items. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we may contact you to propose an equivalent substitution, refund the item, or cancel the affected part of your order.

• All prices on the website are in Euros (€) and include VAT at the applicable Greek rate, unless clearly marked otherwise.
• Prices, promotions, and product availability can change without prior notice. The price you see at the moment you place the order is the price that applies.
• Delivery, service, and any other fees are shown clearly during checkout, and the final total — including all fees — is displayed on the order confirmation step before you confirm and pay.
• We try to avoid pricing errors but if a clearly incorrect price slips through (for example due to a typo) we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any payment.

To place an order, please make sure your contact, delivery, and payment details are accurate and complete. Confirming the order on the website creates a request to buy — the contract is formed only when we accept the order. We may not accept an order if a product turns out to be unavailable, if your payment fails, if we suspect fraud, or if the order is outside our delivery area or capacity.

We may contact you about substitutions for items that are out of stock when we pick the order. If we cannot reach you and a substitution would change the order significantly, we may deliver a partial order and refund the missing items.

For marina deliveries, you are responsible for providing accurate boat name, marina, berth or pontoon, charter company (where applicable), departure date, and a contact phone number we can reach on the day. Please book delivery slots that fit your schedule and check ahead with the marina about access for our delivery vehicles.

Marina deliveries depend on access conditions, weather, and marina rules outside our control. If we cannot deliver because of a closed marina, restricted access, or changed berth without notice, we will contact you to reschedule or arrange an alternative.

Online card payments are processed on a secure page operated by our licensed third-party payment provider. SPAR Kos / FKNG ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ Ι Κ Ε does not see or store full card numbers, CVV codes, or expiry dates — these are entered directly into the payment provider's environment and are subject to PCI-DSS standards.

The payment methods you can use depend on what is currently enabled at checkout (online card, cash or card on delivery, or bank transfer where offered). See our Payment Methods page for details. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may not be able to deliver the order.

Delivery times, available slots, fees, and serviceable areas are shown during checkout and explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order at the agreed time.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms. The conditions under which you can cancel, return, or ask for a refund are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy, including the legal exceptions that apply to perishable goods and items sealed for hygiene reasons.

Some products may only be sold to customers of legal age (for example, alcohol). If we list such products on the website you must be legally allowed to buy them, and we may ask you or the person taking delivery to show valid ID. We may refuse to deliver an age-restricted product if the recipient cannot prove they are old enough.

We will perform our service with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you placed the order, for losses caused by your own breach of these terms, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control (such as severe weather, transport disruption, marina or harbour closures, supplier failures, or legal restrictions).

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Greek or EU law.

The website, its branding, photography, layout, and copy are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Please do not reproduce, redistribute, or republish material from the site without written permission.

These terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Kos, Greece, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring or defend a claim before another court.
