Payment Methods

The methods you see at checkout depend on your delivery type and order details. The list below covers what we currently support.

• Online card payment
• Cash or card on delivery

When you pay online, the card form is hosted by our licensed third-party payment provider and protected by industry-standard PCI-DSS controls. Your full card number, expiry date, and CVV are entered directly into the provider's environment. We never see or store these values on our website — we only receive a transaction reference that lets us match the payment to your order.

Your card statement may show FKNG ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ Ι Κ Ε or SPAR Kos E-Market as the payee. We accept the major card schemes shown at checkout. Your bank may apply 3-D Secure (Strong Customer Authentication) and ask you to confirm the payment in their app or by SMS — that is normal and expected.

If a payment is declined, please check the details with your bank. If you see a payment on your statement but no confirmation from us, contact info@spar-kos.gr with the date, amount, and last four digits of the card so we can investigate.

On selected orders you can pay our driver in cash or by card on the doorstep. Where this option is available, it appears during checkout. The cash amount is the order total shown at checkout — please prepare it in advance, as drivers carry limited change. Card payments on delivery use the driver's mobile terminal and follow the same security controls as online payments.

We may set a maximum order value above which cash on delivery is not allowed.

The website serves all pages over HTTPS and forces a secure connection for the payment step. We never email you to ask for full card details — if you receive such a message, it is not from us. Please report it to info@spar-kos.gr.

See our Returns & Refunds Policy for how refunds are processed. In short, refunds normally go back to the original payment method.

Online orders are processed once payment is confirmed. If payment fails, is reversed, or is later disputed, we may not be able to deliver the order, or we may have to take the unpaid amount through other means.
