Shipping & Delivery Policy
We deliver across Kos to homes, hotels, and marinas. This page covers our delivery area, the options available at checkout, and what we ask from you so the order arrives smoothly.

Where we deliver
We currently deliver across the island of Kos, Greece. Some remote villages and certain marina locations may have limited slots or higher fees. Available delivery zones, slots, and any minimum-order amounts are shown during checkout based on the delivery address you enter.
Delivery options
- Home delivery — we deliver to your address in Kos. Please leave any helpful notes (gate code, building, floor) in the order notes.
- Hotel delivery — we deliver directly to your hotel reception or, where allowed, to the room. Please tell us the hotel name, the booking name, and the room number.
- Marina / yacht provisioning — we deliver chilled-where-needed groceries to your boat at a Kos marina. We need the marina name, berth or pontoon, boat name, charter company (where applicable), departure date, and a contact phone number we can reach on the day.
Delivery times and slots
Available delivery slots are shown at checkout. Same-day delivery may be possible for orders placed before the daily cut-off; later orders move to the next available slot. We try to deliver within the slot you choose, but traffic, weather, or marina access can occasionally cause delays. If we expect to be late, we will get in touch.
Fees
Delivery fees depend on your delivery type, address, and order total. The fee — including any service or marina-access charges — is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Free-delivery thresholds and promotional discounts, if active, are also displayed in your basket as soon as they apply.
What we ask from you
- Provide a correct and complete delivery address, including any building, floor, hotel room, marina, berth, or boat name as relevant.
- Provide a phone number you can be reached on around the delivery time — for marina deliveries, please use a number you will actually have signal on at the dock.
- Make sure someone is available to receive the order at the time you choose. For perishable items, please be ready to store them properly straight away.
- For age-restricted products, please be ready to show valid ID on delivery.
If we can't deliver
If we cannot complete delivery — for example, if nobody is available to receive the order, the address turns out to be incorrect, the marina denies access, or we cannot reach you on the phone number provided — we may have to return with the order. In that case the order may be delayed or, for perishable goods, cancelled. Re-delivery may carry an additional fee, and we may keep the cost of any goods that cannot be put back on sale.
Substitutions
Stock can change between the moment you order and the moment we pick the order. If an item turns out to be unavailable we may:
- Contact you to suggest an equivalent substitution before we dispatch the order.
- Replace the item automatically with a like-for-like equivalent at the same or lower price, where you have agreed to substitutions during checkout.
- Refund the unavailable item if no acceptable substitute is available.
Perishable and chilled goods
We pack chilled and frozen goods using insulated bags and ice packs sized to the trip length. Please plan to receive the order at the chosen time and store cold items in a fridge or freezer right away. We are not responsible for loss of quality if perishable goods are left unattended after a successful delivery.
